Digital Marketing Manager

Duration: 12 months
Extension Opportunity: Yes, depending on the project phase and performance.

Scheduled Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am-5 pm

Typical Day in Role:
Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Supports marketing objectives to set and refine annual and quarterly marketing plans
• Collaborates closely with Marketing’s Customer Journey management groups to plan and execute customer-driven action plans and marketing programs
• Monitors consumer sentiment, market conditions, competitive activity, and short-term-demand opportunities on an ongoing basis to increase agility of planning processes and flexibility of budget deployment.
• Collaborates with Global Wealth Management and Enterprise Marketing groups to plan and execute Bank-wide level action plans and marketing programs.
• Analyzes, and leverages insights drawn from market research and data analysis to establish the strategic direction of benefit-led campaign briefs.
• Applies a deep understanding of Bank-wide and business partner needs, ensuring full buy-in (agreement) and participation of multiple business, channel, and marketing partners in a highly matrixed environment.
• Collaborates with Marketing’s Journey Management groups to establish efficient workflows that ensure clarity of roles and accountability for team members across both practices.
• Supports development and deployment of creative assets, agnostic of media channels and across all touchpoints
• Champions proper usage of the brand in Canada, in full compliance with global brand guidelines and visual identity continuum

• Directs day-to-day activities consistent with the Bank’s risk culture and the relevant risk appetite statement and limits.
• Actively pursues effective and efficient operations of his/her respective areas, while ensuring the adequacy, adherence to and effectiveness of day-to-day business controls to meet obligations with respect to operational risk, regulatory compliance risk, AML/ATF risk and conduct risk, including but not limited to responsibilities under the Operational Risk Management Framework, Regulatory Compliance Risk Management Framework, AML/ATF Global Handbook and the Guidelines for Business Conduct.

Candidate Requirements/Must-Have Skills:
• 2+ years of experience working with Agile methodology.
• 3+ years of experience in driving performance growth across multiple business lines and KPIs
• Deep knowledge of marketing tech stack (group of technologies that marketers leverage to conduct and improve their marketing activities such as email marketing, owned digital channels and/or paid media management).
• 3+ Years of experience planning and executing targeted (direct) marketing campaigns including strategy development, segmentation, stakeholder management, and performance analysis.

Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Experience with Adobe Suite products.

• Authentic, decisive, resilient, highly collaborative, and results-oriented
• Strong communication (verbal/written) skills and ability to distill information for executives.
• Strong organizational skills to effectively manage multiple tasks within varying timelines.
• Ability to work as part of a team, as well as work independently or with minimal direction.
• Strong decision-making, forward thinking and creative problem-solving skills to anticipate and respond quickly to technological/market influences.

Best vs. Average Candidate:
The best candidate is someone with experience in innovative projects (Please highlight them in the resumes) also, someone who proactively identify problems and provide solutions (Please provide examples in the resume as a solution maker).

Education:
• Strong technical education background, majoring in fields that require a high degree of analytical skills, such as Engineering, Computer Science, Physics, Math, Statistics, Accounting or related field.
