One of our customers is looking for an Account Manager to manage their large accounts. You need to have 7 years experience in the payroll industry with 3 years of experience in account management.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
– Maintain close business relationships through continuous communication with every client of your portfolio
– Provide consulting support (application, legal, and technical) to major clients
– Be proactive with respect to current and future requirements of major clients and propose solutions or appropriate changes
– Identify potential clients within the account manager’s database in order to present additional modules. (Human resources, time and attendance, self-service etc..)
– Manage and coordinate the presentation cycle, plan all meetings, schedule the product specialist, ensure all follow ups during the presentation cycle.
– Ensure communication between major clients, various internal stakeholders, and business partners
– Document all client interactions and conduct the annual client satisfaction assessment meeting, and ensure to maintain the business unit’s results.
– Remain up-to-date on new additions or changes impacting our solutions and represent our major clients internally.
