Senior Full-Stack Developer

Typical Day in Role:
• Full stack role – 60% front end ; 40% back end
• Lead development activities as the senior member of the scrum team, planning and executing to meet sprint objectives as well as program/project milestones
• Write well designed, testable, efficient code by using best software development practices
• Gather and refine specifications and requirements based on technical needs
• Create and maintain software documentation
• Collaborate with the Scrum team to plan milestones, successfully execute software delivery, and escalate issues as needed

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10+ years as a full-stack developer
2) 5+ years’ experience with JavaScript
3) 5+ years’ experience with NodeJS
4) 5+ years’ experience with React

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) 3+ years’ experience with MongoDB
2) 3+ years’ experience with Cloud technologies
3) Experience within FI/banking

Soft Skills Required:
• Excellent communication skills with ability to influence decision making across stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to lead team members with differing opinions and levels of experience
• Effective organization, planning, and time management skills

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in technical field e.g. computer engineering, computer science
