Project Control Officer
Typical Day in Role:
– Work closely with Senior Managers and Director to ensure project control procedures are followed.
-Assist project management professionals, technical users and end users in project coordination and synchronization activities
-Track project change requests
-Handle, maintain and control relevant project information in manual and/or electronic files
-Project information may include: project documentation; project charter; estimates; budget projections; dependencies; project plan; activity schedule; risk identification & management plan; communication & change management plan; Issues log; status reports; correspondence; meeting minutes; and project closeout report
-Connect with project management professionals, technical users and end users on administrative matters related to the project
-Build and update plans and schedules
-Handle, update and control relevant project information in manual and/or electronic files
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ years of experience as a PCO
2) 2+ years of experience with SDLC processes for Iterative/Agile/Waterfall methodologies
3) Advanced skills in MS Powerpoint and Excel
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1)PCO at a Canadian bank
2)Functional Knowledge of Data Analytics
3) Experience using Power Apps and Power BI

Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
