Product Manager
Typical Day in Role:
• Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
• Manage and prioritize backlog for the recently redesigned and relaunched iTRADE mobile app, working closely with engineering, design and business partners to deliver on monthly release cycle
• Monitor and report on client feedback to inform backlog priorities
• Agile product management for Digital scrum teams to prioritize effectively and manage inter-dependencies across technology platform teams.
• This will be a Technical Product management role
Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 3-5 years of experience as a Product Manager building customer facing digital products
2) 2+ years’ experience working on mobile platforms
3) Intermediate skills in Microsoft Suite
4) Intermediate skills in Atlassian tools (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, Trello, Bitbucket)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) FI/Banking experience
2) Experience in Direct Investing
3) Technical training – e.g. computer science / engineering or related preferred
4) CSC (Canadian Securities Course) an asset
