Job Summary: As the IT Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing our organization’s technology infrastructure, ensuring that systems, software, and hardware run efficiently and securely. You will also lead our team of IT professionals and Customer Service Representatives, provide technical support, and collaborate with other departments to align technology solutions with business goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Synchronize operations and technology to optimize and drive efficiency
• Ensure current and new systems/servers are functioning as intended
• configure and test programming for in-house software programs
• Configure and manage Integrations between inhouse and external systems
• Create, test and implement reporting and enhancements.
• Debug configurations for existing programs based on immediate need
• Balance workday between multiple projects and support team in responding and solutioning requests and support tickets
• Implement systems in in-house production environment
• Report and update key stakeholders regularly
• Troubleshoot system bugs and issues.
Qualifications:
• Multi-tasking and time management skills
• Optimization skills
• In-depth knowledge of IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity.
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, Consulting Experience
• Proficiency in managing IT staff and vendor relations.
• Specific knowledge recommended:
o SQL, XML, JSON, EDI X12, HTML
o Connections: API, AS2, SFTP
o Programs: SQL Studio, Power BI, I Report, Moveware
• Industry Experience
o Logistics, Warehouse Management, Final Mile Delivery
