Bilingual Business Analyst (SP/ENG)

Typical Day in Role:
Support the data management and implementation of a new platform for Business Banking by performing the following:
1. Review and update credit data in the system of record to ensure alignment with the authorized business transactions.
2. Support data backfill exercises to capture new digitized capabilities.
3. Coordinate data repairs and complete required testing.
4. Respond to end user escalations and coordinate with Technology for investigations.
5. Prepare and execute Business Acceptance Testing for new features.
6. Additional ad hoc responsibilities/tasks as assigned by management.

Must haves:
1. Demonstrates understanding of the financial services industry
2. Proficiency in word processing and spreadsheet applications of standard software packages – Microsoft Office.
3. 100% bilingual – Spanish/English
4. Familiarity with Power BI

Nice to have:
1. Familiarity with task management applications such as JIRA or similar.
2. Proficient with Power BI

• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Good organizational skills, as well as the ability to perform multiple priorities while maintaining high quality work.
• Solid time management skills.
• Good verbal and written communication skills in English (Bilingual Spanish preferred)

Education and Certifications: Business or financial background preferred
