Business group: GIAM – Business Analysis, Reporting & Analytics – Information Security & Control (IS&C)’s Global Identity and Access Management group is responsible for development, management and governance of Logical Access control to the Bank’s information systems. The Business Analysis & Reporting and Analytics team is a team within the Identity and Access Management group that focuses on supporting internal GIAM applications, teams and business partners from a BA perspective.
Project: Rollout of Multifactor Authentication to applications migrating to new security platform – new project – 300 applications
The deployment coordinator/BA is to ensure that we follow and onboard the maximum number of users distributed in waves
The Business System Analyst contributes to the overall success of Global Identity and Access Management (GIAM) by ensuring specific analytics and reporting goals, plans, and overall initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted follow governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Typical Day in Role:
• Master list of user onboarding maintenance
• Wave of onboarding definition
• Communication set up for each wave
• Validation of success rate of each wave, update master list of user onboarding with success and failure.
• Planning other waves for failed users by investigating why they failed and refine approach until all users are covered by a 2nd factor
• Analyze data
• May need to prepare requirements and access processes and procedures to deliver recommendations.
• Collaborate with various business lines, IT support functions and IS&C Control functions.
• Build and maintain reporting Power BI dashboards to facilitate regular monitoring by GIAM management team
• Collaborate with systems experts i.e.: architects, developers, QA testers on design workshops, Stakeholders, OCM (Organization Change Management), to document the change processes for system support, migrations, conversions and upgrades, and procedures to operationalize the system.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 10+ years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst, performing business requirement documents, process workflows, use cases, data analytics and preparing communications
2) 5+ Years hands-on experience with the Microsoft suite of applications (ie: Visio, PowerPoint, Excel), PowerBI, PowerShell an asset, scripting, pivot tables, MS Access
3) 3-5 years’ combined experience with: Privileged Access Management (PAM), Multifactor Authentication (MFA), Microsoft Entra and Cloud technologies
4) 3-5 years’ hands-on experience building and maintaining reporting dashboards using PowerBI to facilitate regular monitoring by GIAM management team
5) 3-5 years’ experience working in identity and access management
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience with Multifactor Authentication implementations
2) Experience working on large migration projects
3) Bilingual in Spanish
4) Bilingual in French
Soft Skills Required:
• A high level of interpersonal and verbal communication skills necessary to relate to other people at their systems knowledge level
• Ability to work independently and to collaborate as part of a team
Education:
Bachelor’s degree – experience prioritized
Business Analyst certifications are an asset
Best VS. Average Candidate:
Ideal candidate is engaging and has excellent analytical skills, experience with MFA implementations and identity will set them apart, if they have worked on large migration projects and rollouts in Fis, insurance with fairly aggressive timelines, can take accountability and drive actions with minimal hand holding
