Scrum Master
Typical Day in Role:
• Manage scrums, tasks and cross team activities
• Coordinate communication and collaboration in a cross functional agile team
• Be part of the discussion of every facet of the delivery activity including requirements, story shaping, architecture discussions, testing strategies, prioritization, etc…
• Plan for MVPs, convey progress & elevate success & impediments
Must haves:
1. 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master leading cross functional teams using agile methodology in a financial institution.
2. 2+ years of experience working with FIS core banking product (i.e. Miser)
3. 2+ years of experience with Payments transactional life cycles (e.g. initiation, submission, processing, posting, etc.)
4. 2+ years of experience working with key financial partners such as Payments Canada, SWIFT, and ACH Networks
5. Knowledge of the R&R of Product owner, Agile coach, operational SMEs, etc.
Nice to have:
1. Previous experience with large scale transformation program in the financial industry
2. Previous exposure to end to end outcome-based lab structure.
3. Ability to keep up with key financial trends & innovations (i.e. Crypto, ISO standards, AI)
