Hybrid: 3 days onsite / 2 days remote
Must Haves:
- Large technology transformation project experience.
- Extensive stakeholder managing experience including executive communication.
- Extensive experience running large projects in the public sector.
Nice to have:
- Prior client experience or public sector exp.
Deliverables:
This Resource will ensure an integrated approach to the planning, development and execution activities related to the above projects/program. There are multiple streams on the program that require Program Management to both identify and manage interdependencies. This resource will also ensure that comprehensive Program governance and reporting is delivered along with standard project management artifacts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as Program Manger to ensure project activities and objectives are aligned to the overall program
- Deliver governance and reporting
- Deliver standard Program Management artifacts (Charter, PCR etc.)
- Identify and manage project interdependencies
- Create and maintain program RAID log
- Conduct stakeholder analysis and stakeholder feedback sessions

- Based on your experience, what do you feel are the major items that need to be included in effective project reporting and how do you ensure the quality of the information going into these reports?
3. Knowledge – 20%
Parameters:
- Tell us what techniques and methods you use to formulate a communications plan at the beginning of a project to ensure that all project stakeholders receive the information they need during the project life cycle.
