Join our team as an Organizational Health Solutions Consultant (Bilingual), where you’ll leverage your expertise in health and wellness strategies to drive impactful business and health outcomes. In this role, you’ll act as a problem-solver, supporting clients in selecting and implementing the right solutions to enhance well-being within their organizations. You will use data-driven insights to deliver targeted solutions and monitor results, ensuring meaningful improvements for our clients, individual members, and the Manulife business.
Essential Responsibilities
The Organizational Health Solutions Consultant (Bilingual) supports clients to assess, design, execute, and measure the impact of organizational health strategies, as well as enable the growth of the Manulife business.
1. Assess and Measure (25%): Leverage rich dataset to assess organizational health, proactively identify solutions, set targets, and provide ongoing reports on progress.
2. Design and Execute (25%): Support large clients in their organizational health needs by identifying opportunity areas, designing strategies for success, and navigating sponsors to the right tools/services/products for their needs.
3. Enable (50%): Work with internal Distribution, Product, Marketing, and other teams to generate eminence, support sales efforts for high-needs clients, promote use and engagement with services, and execute Wellness Report product.

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1. Confident and experienced presenting to and interacting with audiences of all sizes in English and French. Candidate must be fully bilingual and comfortable consulting, presenting and writing in French. Ability to read, write, and speak fluently in both French and English
2. Minimum of 5+ years of relevant experience, including client service, development of workplace health programs/strategies, strategic insights, and experience leading data-driven recommendations that impact health outcomes.
3. Comprehensive understanding and experience with technology platforms, user engagement KPIs and metrics, engagement tactics, and budgeting.
4. Demonstrated ability to interpret and translate data into meaningful insights.
5. Enhance data outputs with subject matter expertise to create comprehensive and future-thinking organizational health strategies for Manulife’s clients. Support clients to measure recommendation uptake and effectiveness
6. Effectively maintain, develop and grow Wellness Report product offering, achieving business strategic, financial and customer objectives. Lead day-to-day execution and coordinate with internal business partners and external vendors
7. Maintain a working knowledge of wellness product offerings and vendors
8. Interpret data (qualitative and quantitative) to inform the design and selection of organizational health interventions, and support coordination between clients and vendors
9. Provide strategic support to the enhancement of product shelf, including support with execution of pilot programs
10. Maintain a strong understanding of the competitive landscape. Identify current gaps and bring forward opportunities to ensure wellness offering meets clients current needs and remains strategic and competitive in the marketplace.

1. Collaborate closely with data teams to bring organizational health insights forward to key sponsors. Use data to drive conversations at all stages of implementation of organizational health strategies (before, during, after)

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1. Knowledge of or experience in insurance/group benefits industry considered an asset.
Education:
• University degree. An MBA or other business education would be beneficial.
