IT Project Manager
Typical Day in Role:
• The main function of the Project Manager is to oversee the application of project management methodology during all phases of the project cycle, with responsibilities that include project design, scope management, cost control, quality, performance reporting, and release management.
Job Responsibilities:
• Develop, track, and manage project budget/forecast, project WBS, timelines, and scope
• Manage project resources, developing, motivating, coaching, and advising
• Partner closely with other members of functional teams (business line, marketing, design, and technology) to define business requirements,
• Define test plans and ensure that products are defect free before User Acceptance Testing,
• Facilitate the User Acceptance Testing process, developing rollout plans and procedures,
• Prepare and present cost-benefit analyses, ensure appropriate systems development and project management processes are being utilized
• Make presentations to steering committees or project sponsors
• Will attend meetings on a regular basis, informing the stakeholders and meeting with the team
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 5+ years’ experience as an IT Project Manager, preferably within banking
2) 3+ years’ experience delivering technology and business application solutions on a large scale e.g. at the program level
3) PMI/Agile certification (either or – please list which)
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) 3+ years’ experience with website build projects is a big plus.
2) Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) – intermediate or above level of expertise

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business/commerce, or technical fields such as computer science, computer engineering, or related field required
PMI/Agile certification (either or – please list which)
