Typical Day in Role:
• Collaborating closely with both technology and business teams to ensure project success.
• Coordinating schedules, setting up meetings and following up with teams to track progress.
• Lead meetings and diligently taking meeting minutes to document action items.
• Maintaining and updating the RAID log.
• Managing project plan, overseeing deliverables, and ensuring that deadlines are met.
• Regularly provide updates and reports on project status to Director, SI&D Delivery Services.
Candidate Requirements/Must-Have skills:
1. 5-7+ years of working experience as an IT Project Manager with a deep understanding of project management methodologies and best practices
2. 3+ years of hands-on experience with generating and distributing reports
3. 3+ years of hands-on experience managing project financials – Monitoring project budgets and financial forecasting
4. Intermediate MS Excel proficiency – Must have the ability to create reports and utilize formulas to analyze data effectively
5. Understanding of infrastructure and application technologies – You will be working closely with teams across IT infrastructure, software development and business domains

• Power BI Experience
• PMP Certification

• Excellent written, presentation, and verbal communication skills to be able to work well with technical peers and business stakeholders at different levels within the organization.

Education:
• Post-secondary degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related IT field required.
