Business group: Global Procurement Services
This business group is part of the strategy operations team. The successful candidate will be part of the Procurement Process and Technology team and will be responsible for managing and implementing Coupa Procure to Pay technology initiatives.

Typical Day in Role:
• Writing business and technical specification documentations
• Collaboration with various stakeholders
• Procurement System Configuration activities
• Testing strategy & UAT execution
• Deployment & cutover activities
• Defect resolution and management
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 3-5 years of experience Business Systems Analyst / IT Analyst experience
2) 3-5 years of experience Coupa Procure to Pay
3)Proficiency with Excel, PPT, Word
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Knowledge of Procurement, and Finance processes
2) Experience with various other procurement tools such as Ariba, PeopleSoft etc…
3) PM experience
Soft Skills Required:
-stakeholder management skills
-Communication (verbal and written)
-Time management
Education:
Bachelor’s degree or higher
