Project: This is not a traditional branch manager role, but rather a strategic, project-based position where your leadership experience will be leveraged to shape and implement advisory business solutions across markets. You will act as a key link between business strategy and front-line execution, working closely with regional teams to standardize best practices, support CRM adoption, and optimize advisory processes in Wealth Management.
Day to Day Responsibilities:
• Coach and engage with financial advisor teams, identifying opportunities to enhance advisor experience and business development
• Design, document, and implement standardized business processes in our CRM to support advisory activities across the client lifecycle (e.g., lead management, client onboarding, financial planning, opportunity tracking, etc.).
• Collaborate with technology, business partners, central office teams, local stakeholders, and enablement teams to support change management and digital adoption strategies (e.g., Salesforce)
• Act as a subject matter expert to identify business and advisor needs, co-create training solutions, and support scalable advisor-facing initiatives
• Analyze performance metrics and feedback loops to continuously enhance advisory solutions
• Support cross-country alignment of Wealth Management practices.
Must Haves Skills:
• 5–7 years of experience in Wealth Management or Banking, including leadership of a branch or advisory team
• Proven track record of coaching advisors to meet and exceed business goals
• Experience in designing or improving business processes in Wealth Management
• Deep understanding of banking and investments business, client acquisition, onboarding and advisors’ development is required.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish (mandatory)
Nice to Have Skills:
• Experience of Wealth management and financial planning practices is desired.
• Experience working in Latin American markets an asset
• Hands-on experience using Salesforce CRM as an end user, ideally in an advisory or leadership role is preferred
Soft Skills:
• Strong project orientation and ability to navigate across business and technical stakeholders
Education:
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, or related field (required)
• Master’s degree or financial planning certification (CFP, PFP, or similar) is an asset
Working conditions:
• Work in a Hybrid-based environment; non-standard hours are not a common occurrence.
