We are looking for an intermediate System Integration Advisor for a large global IT company.
Location: Montreal/Cremazie
Perm. 3-4 years of experience in payroll
Salary: $50-$65,000 + full benefits
In a typical day, your main tasks will include:
-Onboarding new payroll service clients and implementing selected complementary modules;
-Analyzing and confirming client needs, ensuring their satisfaction, and performing necessary follow-ups;
-Conducting tests to ensure quality and adherence to the current ISO process;
-Training clients on the use of software and informing them about relevant legislation;
-Assisting clients with their initial payroll runs;
-Performing various administrative tasks, such as billing, managing portal access, documentation, follow-ups, etc.;
-Staying informed about updates and changes impacting our solutions.
