Typical Day in the Role:
– Working closely with Business Analyst with regards to project needs. This would include developing solutions, overseeing installations and implementation within the applications
– Attending working sessions with the team regarding project updates
– Conducting Data Analysis and identifying any gaps within the system
– The following tools will be utilized: Microsoft OS Virtual Machines, SQL Server Databases, Microsoft Power Apps, and Teammate Plus (Wolters Kluwers)
– The technical analyst will be responsible for project documentation and communication of gaps in service and resolutions

Must Have Skills:
1 – 5 -7 years’ experience as a Technical Analyst
2 – 5-7 years’ experience working with queries
3- Working experience with SQL Server Data Bases, Scripting Language, Knowledge of Data architecture and design and VM Cloud Integrations
4 – Experience with Application Dev. (specifically connecting Front End with Back End), system administration, & workflow and process analysis
5 – Analyze existing databases, Development in PLSQL

Nice to Have:
– Experience with Microsoft Power Apps
– Experience with Teammate Plus

Soft Skills:
– Communications, the successful candidates will need to effectively communicate as bridge between teams. They will be conveying project information between the BA and IT teams.

Degrees or certifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or an equivalent degree
