Job Title: Project Coordinator
Location: Waterloo
Duration: 12 months
Description: What you will be doing:
• You will support the Program Director through the initiation and delivery of large projects or programs – on time, on budget, with quality
• You may be assigned to small projects or components of projects to lead through delivery
• You will build strong relationships across the Canadian segment as most large projects and programs span the segment
• You will work collaboratively with our vendor partners to ensure successful delivery
• You are a Program Coordinator – you will support delivery of all the required documentation, follow internal Policies and Standards, and maintain and report on the budget
• You will support program reporting to provide clear visibility into the program scope, milestones and status
• You will ensure you understand the value of the program and support delivery of that value
Qualifications
We need you to have a number of these:
• You have 2 or more years’ experience as a project or program coordinator
• You are working toward CAPM or PMP certification
• You are energetic and believe every problem has a solution
• You have worked in an agile project delivery environment
• You have strong written and verbal communication skills
• You like to pay attention to the details
A Plus
• You have experience in the insurance or financial industry
• You have knowledge of Planview
