Typical Day in Role:
• Contributing to and shaping the design of digital banking experiences for millions of customers daily.
• Understanding customer needs through thorough research and usability principles.
• Advocating for improved customer interactions and journeys with inclusive design principles.
• Collaborating with various teams to create useful, engaging, and effective products.
• Supporting and communicating with cross-functional teams throughout the software development process.
• Producing visual materials to depict desired customer experiences and guide developers.
• Providing feedback within the design community and coaching junior designers.
• Demonstrating leadership by effectively communicating with partners and executives.
• UX and UI for personalization experience on client’s .com – collaboration with business and marketing
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 3+ years of experience as a UX/UI Designer
2) 2+ years’ experience working with e-commerce or marketing, specifically with delivered products
3) 2+ years’ experience with mapping user journeys and front-end technologies
4) 2+ years’ in digital design and prototyping tools: Figma OR Sketch OR Adobe XD (preference for Figma – please list which they have)
5) Portfolio available for review– showcasing Mobile designs and Web designs – delivered products which are in market with real world usage

Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience working with cross-functional teams in large organizations
2) Experience in FinTechs or other financial product fields
3) Experience with/understanding of AI within product design
Education:
• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in design, Humanities, Systems Engineering, or related fields, or equivalent experience
