Location Address: WFH – Toronto
Contract Duration: 12 months (Possibility for extension or Convert to FTE)
Purpose: Contributes to the overall success of Marketing in Canada ensuring specific individual goals, plans, initiatives are executed / delivered in support of the team’s business strategies and objectives. Ensures all activities conducted are in compliance with governing regulations, internal policies and procedures.

Accountabilities:
– Champions a customer focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge.
– Execute and adhere to quality control procedures and work back schedules for all email campaigns
– Manage lead times with the marketing and other key stakeholders to ensure receipt of all design and data points in a timely fashion
– Assist with reporting and various data pulls
– Make recommendations for improvements to our batch and triggered email campaigns based on test results and key learnings
– Perform quality assurance on campaigns to ensure the emails are rendering properly, and work with stakeholders for creative and legal approval
– Report on email campaign performance using Responsys and Adobe Analytics (Omniture)
– Monitor and ensure compliance with relevant CASL, anti-spam and privacy regulations
Must Have Skills:
1. At least 1 year of prior Email Marketing experience. Previous experience with an email marketing platform such as Responsys, Adobe Campaign or Salesforce Marketing Cloud
2. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Fluent written and spoken English; in addition.
3. Must have some type of Marketing Accreditation or 4 Year Degree [Marketing, Business or related field preferred]
Nice to have:
1. Prior FI or Banking experience
2. Previous HTML experience
3. French and/or Spanish language skills are preferred

Educational Requirements:
1. Marketing accreditation or four-year degree [Marketing, Business or related field preferred]
