SCOPE
Our client is looking for an enthusiastic and collaborative Project Manager to oversee all aspects of project delivery and product support in accordance with the corporate delivery operating model. Reporting to the Business Solution Delivery (“BSD”) IT Partner, you will drive effective delivery of Production Support and assigned Minor Enhancements (projects) within the Enabler SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) sub-domain.

DUTIES

Manage all aspects of project delivery as defined by the delivery operating model such as:
- Project estimates and proposal preparation.
- Maintain records for project plans, document management, contract administration, and change management.
- Maintain and report on project status of scope, schedule, risks, issues, budget, and dependencies.
- Provide and maintain accurate project forecasts.
- Ensure appropriate management of stakeholders throughout the project and produce corresponding project communications and presentations.
Manage and oversee all SAP HCM production support activities by providing oversight and direction to a team of SAP Configurators and ABAP Developers focused on production issue resolution.
Collaborate with the PMO to ensure compliance with project standards, processes, tools, and methodology.
Facilitate Agile Scrum ceremonies to drive collaboration between the product/project team and business team members.
Ensure escalation of high priority incidents to appropriate management and technical partners while managing communication to the relative incident and business partner teams.
Ensure that the appropriate level of testing is performed. Manage the customer acceptance and sign off process to ensure a quality approach to issue resolution and project delivery.
Build and maintain productive internal/external relationships both within the client and our business partners.

Manage the implementation of annual SAP Support Stack Upgrade and HR Support Packs
The contractor will be managing multiple projects – the largest project is budgeted around $1,000,000. The other projects are in the $50,000 – $200,000 range. A few projects will wrap up at the end of January and 2-3 projects will carry on after January (including the $1,000,000 project)

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Must Have:

Minimum 5 years of experience in a Project Management role. Preference given to candidates with experience managing SAP Human Capital Management (HCM) projects.
Experience managing production support teams. – 5+ years
Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously. – 5+ years
Comprehensive knowledge of project/program management methodologies and tools.
Strong understanding of key concepts of financial processes such as budgeting, forecasting, and financial modeling.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills comfortable interfacing with both business partners and colleagues on a regular basis.
Experience as a Scrum Master as well as Agile Kanban and Scrum ceremonies. – 5+ years
Experience using Jira for Agile software development and production incident remediation. – 5+ years
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification.

Nice to have:

Experience with Sciforma is considered an asset.
Experience delivering Cloud solutions is considered an asset.
