Thank you, Megan Job Description: Job Title: Marketing Manager, Planning & Execution Duration/end date: 12 months OT requirements: Possible Is this role hybrid: Yes: 3 days/week minimum in office requirement. 4 days preferred. Candidate must be in the GTA. Interview Process: 2-3 expected interviews: 1 with Hiring Manager (me), 1 with key stakeholders. One additional interview may be needed depending on where we get with candidates. Summary: We’re looking for a hungry, ambitious Marketer to help bring the Everyday Banking Marketing team to the next level. The role will help define and develops marketing campaign strategies that strengthen the Everyday Banking acquisition portfolio, maximize revenue and optimize the customer experience. Works collaboratively with business/groups on the strategic development, execution and measurement of traditional and non-traditional customer-focused advertising, production, merchandising, and communications campaigns. Provides information and direction for media and creative development, and ensures brand and governance standards are maintained met in all solutions. Oversees the development of advertising, promotional and communications material. Collaborates with external agency partners to deliver business objectives. Ensures consistency in solutions and across marketing channels, media and platforms. Collaborates with internal/external stakeholders to develop monitoring and tracking plans for external advertising initiatives. Ensures compliance with internal frameworks, standards, guidelines and governance. Thinks creatively and proposes new solutions. Exercises judgment to identify, diagnose, and solve problems within given rules. Works mostly independently. Broader work or accountabilities may be assigned as needed. Take measured risks while protecting the bank by applying our Risk Management Framework in the execution of your role, in line with our Risk Culture and within our approved Risk Appetite, making sound and risk informed decisions that align to business strategy, protect assets, and adhere to applicable policy documents (Frameworks, Policies, Standards, Procedures and Supporting documents), laws and regulations. Qualifications Typically between 2 – 4 years of relevant experience and post-secondary degree in related field of study or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience in project management. Advertising and/or creative agency experience an asset. Experience in, and advanced knowledge of, the financial services industry. Specialized knowledge from education and/or business experience. Verbal & written communication skills - In-depth. Collaboration & team skills - In-depth.
