Hiring Manager: Digital Marketing Senior Manager
Location Address: Hybrid – 333 King Street E – 2/week (Thursdays + 1 flexible day)
Contract Duration: ASAP to Oct 31, 2025 – approx. 5 months
Strong possibility of extension for another 6 months and likely until Tenure & possibility of conversion to FTE after Tenure for strong resources

Story Behind the Need
Business group: Design and Digital Product, Commerce and Communications – any type of digital initiatives will be run from the department; driving technological innovations; focusing on service component to provide top customer service experience
Project: Project Manager Redesign project –– website displaying products offered at Wealth and how clients can benefit from wealth portfolio – there exists a microsite with details related to SWM and revamping it to focus on mobile first and user experience and also from business side to increase sales, storefront optimization; currently project is in planning phases /requirements gathering with the various groups (Wealth, Digital team); this PM will be expected to build the project plan and get the work structure out and coordinate the team for go to market release strategy, project is planned to go until end of FY25 and then will launch, this PM will be involved in the launch coordination and potentially later on as well

The successful candidate will be working with internal partners and could get to know more about the eCommerce industry. There is also a high possibility for an extension. This role has potential for great visibility across the bank; will be working on a high impact project from the get-go so potential to convert to FTE as well and lead the project through the next phases in the upcoming fiscal year.
Typical Day in Role:
The Project Manager oversees Commerce projects and coordinates the end-to-end execution while reporting to all stakeholders consistently on the latest progress of those project initiatives. This role requires an excellent ability to work closely with the project team, business line leaders, senior management, and diverse stakeholders to safeguard a flawless delivery experience.
• Project Delivery – Primarily responsible for planning and executing project WBS along with all coordination activities such as organizing requirement gathering discussions, kick-off, and daily/weekly project team meetings.
• Progress Reporting – Manage overall reporting to ensure stakeholder visibility and transparency on the progress, risk, and action items. Track and provide forecasts to actual budget reports as required to the program manager and/or project sponsors.
• Launch Coordination – Establish a solid launch plan and schedule for each project release including activity timetables, sign-off date/confirmation, emergency contact information, and backup scenarios.
• Stakeholder Management – Actively build relationships with internal and external partners, ensuring a proper level of stakeholder engagement to drive value into project delivery accountabilities while deepening client relationships and leveraging broader bank relationships, systems, processes, and knowledge.
• Continuous Improvement – Observes processes and proposes and executes improvements to continually improve PMO efficiency and effectiveness within Digital.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 8+ years of experience as an IT Project Manager with cross-functional teams
2) Hands-on experience building a project plan drawing on methodology; using at least one of these PM tools: Workfront; PMIS tools JIRA, confluence, MS suite – MS Project, Visio, PPT, Microsoft – please list which
3) Recent demonstrated experience with website-build, migration, and/or redesign projects
4) Communication and reporting management experience – demonstrated hands-on experience creating and delivering communication and project reporting plans
Nice-To-Have Skills:
1) Experience with UX, front-end, and user facing projects
2) Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) website build project experience – intermediate or above level of expertise a strong asset
3) PMP/PMI/Agile/CSM/CAPM certification (either or – please list which)
4) PM experience from financial institutions

Best VS. Average Candidate:
Need a strong communicator, don't need a focus on technical aspect as much/not a super technical PM, able to manage stakeholder relationships as well from a business standpoint; ; strong reporting experience; strong experience with website build projects and user facing build experience with flows and feasibility; if have AEM experience would set them apart, should have knowledge on web accessibility standards and SEO; Focused on content user experience more than business technology
