MUST HAVES:
Assist in the development and implementation of new software features using JAVA, J2EE, JSF, HTML/DHTML, XML
Fluent and current in Spring, myBatis, Bootstrap, jQuery and AODA compliance requirements
Working experience in n-tier web-based application development using Oracle database as backend

Programmer and Development Skills – 65%
Assist in the development and implementation of new software features using JAVA, J2EE, JSF, HTML/DHTML, XML
Fluent and current in Spring, myBatis, Bootstrap, jQuery and AODA compliance requirements
Working experience in n-tier web-based application development using Oracle database as backend
Experience with Oracle SQL scripts and good understanding of RDMBS concepts
Familiarity with reporting tools like Jasper
Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code
Participate in code reviews and contribute to team discussions on best practices and improvements
Collaborate with senior developers to troubleshoot and debug software issues.
Analytical and Problem-Solving Skill – 30%
- Good team player who is self-motivated, analytical, detailed oriented, logical thinking
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills, including the ability to research and troubleshoot effectively
Public Sector Experience – 5%
- Experience with Public Sector application and information architecture, methodologies and GO–ITS standards would be an asset
