What about your daily life?
• Ensure the management and implementation of large-scale business and technological projects prioritized by the business sector, by creating a climate conducive to motivation and by exercising your leadership skills appropriately
• Align a project plan that includes several contributing teams, prioritize their activities and commitments, and closely monitor their deliverables
• Orchestrate the anchor points of the contributing teams’ key deliverables (e.g., architecture, analysis, testing, release)
• Manage stakeholders and maintain good relationships with internal and external collaborators
• Diagnose problematic situations, intervene and get involved in the resolution of complex problems by ensuring the implementation of solutions
• Initiate changes and encourage a questioning of ways of doing things with a view to continuous improvement to achieve the objectives set
• Optimize the use of project resources on an ongoing basis to achieve industry objectives
• Consistently and proactively raise and manage project risks and issues
• Produce the various reports to monitor the progress of the project work and provide the status of progress, while adapting the communication to the hearing
• Ensure the implementation of the right communication channels between project collaborators and ensure constant communication with all stakeholders
Profile sought:
• Completed bachelor’s degree, related to the industry, and ten years of relevant experience or completed Master’s degree, related to the industry, and eight years of relevant experience
• At least 7 years of experience as a project manager in large projects and large companies
• Experience managing complex projects and multidisciplinary teams
• Experience delivering technology projects in the field of contact centers
• Comfort in the Agile delivery mode
• Rigorous, results-oriented, negotiation skills
• Ability to explain issues, risks and business objectives in plain terms
• Good communication and ability to synthesize at all levels of the organization
• Influential leadership with a developed political sense
• Cooperate effectively, be accountable
• Strong ability to adapt to changes
