Typical Day in Role:
• Design and develop digital learning assets (e-learning courses & training videos) as per digital learning standards and accessibility guidelines to help employees maintain or improve job skills.
• Champions a customer-focused culture to deepen client relationships and leverage broader Bank relationships, systems and knowledge
• Assess performance expectations to design and develop to a customized digital learning solution
• Develop digital learning programs for employees across our global network.
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 3 years of experience in instructional design (Digital learning)
• 3 years of experience working with Articulate 360 Suite (Storyline, RISE), Vyond, and Adobe Creative Cloud
• 3 years of experience in storyboarding and translating the storyboard into digital learning assets (e-learning or training videos) please provide links to the portfolios.
• Knowledge of adult learning theories and practices

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
Nice-To-Have Skills:
• Spanish language skills an asset
• Knowledge of Lectora Online and Desktop
•Technical documentation or writing experience is an asset
Education:
• Post-secondary Degree or Diploma in Business or Digital Communications or pursuing education in a related field
