Senior Integration Specialist Join our innovative team as a Senior Integration Specialist and play a pivotal role in transforming enterprise IT landscapes through cutting-edge cloud-native solutions. This exciting opportunity involves supporting a DTS Modernization Project by designing, developing, and implementing scalable and secure integration services on the OpenShift platform. What You'll Do: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver APIs and integration solutions aligned with business objectives. Design, develop, and support complex MuleSoft, Apache Camel, and Java-based integrations within enterprise landscapes. Work on cloud-native deployments using OpenShift/Kubernetes, ensuring high availability, security, and performance. Contribute to technical documentation, test plans, and architectural diagrams to support seamless project execution. Lead efforts to optimize data flows, troubleshoot integration issues, and implement fault-tolerant strategies. Required Skills: Advanced experience with Apache Camel, MuleSoft, and Enterprise Java. Proficiency in REST APIs, JSON/XML data transformation, and enterprise application integration. Hands-on expertise with OpenShift/Kubernetes for containerized deployment. Strong SQL skills and knowledge of reliable integration patterns, retries, DLQ, and data consistency. Experience with CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices, automated testing, and infrastructure-as-code. Nice to Have Skills: Experience designing and supporting MuleSoft APIs and reusable integration services. Knowledge of integrating enterprise systems such as CRM, ERP, asset management, and regulatory systems. Familiarity with API-led connectivity principles and integration patterns within MuleSoft architectures. Ability to facilitate technical discussions and lead cross-team collaboration on complex projects. Preferred Education and Experience: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience delivering large-scale enterprise IT solutions with a minimum of 5 years in integration architecture or development. Prior experience supporting modernization initiatives and cloud-native deployments. Other Requirements: Hybrid work environment; onsite in downtown Toronto 3 days per week (Mondays and Wednesdays are anchor days). Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills. Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and efficiently prioritize tasks.
