Job Description

Position Overview This is an opportunity to join a high?visibility enterprise transformation program at a leading financial institution, focused on transformation. Key Responsibilities • Elicit, document and validate business and functional requirements. • Facilitate requirements walkthrough sessions with business and technology stakeholders. Collaborate with technology teams on solution design and API integration requirements. • Demonstrates an informed knowledge of equities and bonds business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities. • Support development of delivery roadmaps, timelines and milestones. • Identify, track and help resolve risks, issues and dependencies. • Produce and maintain key documentation (user stories, process flows, requirement documents). • Act as liaison between business, technology and delivery teams. • Support and coordinate testing activities.Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills: • The ideal candidate has 10+ years of Business Analysis experience within financial services, with exposure to equities and bonds trading, brokerage, or digital platforms preferred. • Experience working with system integrations and APIs and the ability to translate complex business needs into clear, actionable requirements. • Experience working in Agile or hybrid delivery environments is essential, along with strong communication, stakeholder management and facilitation skills. • Worked on any complex projects they have done (preferably capital markets, bonds, equity and trading) Preferred Qualifications • Exposure to fractional share initiative • Hands on experience with supporting and coordinating with testing activities like UAT and QA. Soft Skills • The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • The candidate should demonstrate sound judgment, the ability to manage multiple priorities and a track record of supporting complex, cross-functional initiatives.Best VS. Average Candidate: The best candidate is someone with the following: someone who comes with communication skills to able to demonstrate stakeholder management. A track record in any complex projects they have done (preferably capital markets, bonds, equity and trading) will potentially make them a top candidate. Education and Certification A bachelor’s degree in a related field is required, like financial and business is preferred.
