Oracle DBA

Position Overview Work arrangement: 2 days per week in the office. Possibility of extension: Yes, depending on performance and business needs Number of Positions: 1 Schedule Hours: 8:30 am-5 pm Monday-Friday (No OT) Extra support needed Preferred Qualifications Experience with Oracle Exadata or Oracle Database Appliance (ODA).Cloud database security experience.Oracle Key Vault (OKV).Hardware Security Modules (HSM).IBM Guardium.Data Loss Prevention (DLP) technologies.Data masking and data classification solutions.Secure DevOps / DevSecOps practices.Experience in banking or highly regulated financial services environments.Shell scripting (Bash/Korn Shell).Ansible, SaltStack, or other infrastructure automation tools.Experience automating compliance checks, user provisioning and patch deployments.Soft Skills Required: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.Ability to collaborate effectively with Security, Audit, Infrastructure and Application teams.Strong documentation and governance mindset.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced enterprise environment.Experience mentoring junior team members and contributing to security initiatives.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
