Senior Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Business Analyst to work across business, product, data, and engineering teams within a complex financial technology environment. This role requires strong expertise in the trading lifecycle and collateral management You will act as a key bridge between stakeholders, Product Owners, and engineering teams, helping translate complex business requirements into clearly defined workflows and successful technology outcomes. The role will also take on Scrum Master responsibilities, driving agile ceremonies and continuous improvement. What You Will Be Doing Engage with trading, risk, treasury, operations, and collateral teams to capture and translate business requirements Own process mapping and create epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and end-to-end workflows, including inputs, transformations, outputs, and story dependencies Partner with Product Owners to refine priorities and manage the backlog Evaluate and improve collateral management and intraday collateral movement workflows Perform data analysis and review data products, reports, pipelines, and prototype outputs for accuracy and alignment with requirements Design human-in-the-loop review gates, including analyst information, overrides, and sign-off workflows Manage Data Schema reference and mapping documentation, including field definitions, classifications, source hierarchy rules, and controlled vocabularies Coordinate UAT, test case design, and user adoption, and define OKRs and supporting work Facilitate agile ceremonies, track delivery, remove blockers, and drive continuous improvement Liaise between engineering and business stakeholders to resolve design decisions, risks, and dependencies What You Bring Strong Senior Business Analyst experience within complex technology environments Expertise in Agile methodology, requirements definition, workflow/process mapping, epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, DoR/DoD, and backlog management Strong understanding of the trading lifecycle and collateral management Strong data analysis and data product review capabilities Experience designing human-in-the-loop workflows/review gates Experience with UAT coordination, user adoption, and test case design Strong cross-functional stakeholder management and communication skills Hands-on Scrum Master capabilities AI product and Finance experience
