Manager - ERP Systems

We are looking for an experienced Manager, ERP Systems to lead the strategy, optimization and evolution of a complex enterprise ERP environment. This is a senior, highly visible role combining people leadership, ERP transformation and technology strategy. You will lead a team of ERP professionals and partner with stakeholders across Finance, Procurement, Logistics and other business functions to drive system improvements, integrations and transformation initiatives. What You Will Do Lead the strategy, optimization and ongoing evolution of the enterprise ERP environment. Lead and develop a team of ERP technology professionals. Drive ERP transformation, enhancements, integrations and continuous improvement initiatives. Partner with business and technology leaders to translate operational needs into scalable technology solutions. Oversee solutions supporting Finance, inventory, procurement, planning, fulfillment and logistics. Guide integrations across ERP, WMS, TMS and related enterprise platforms. Manage key technology vendors, budgets, project delivery and resource planning. Ensure ERP systems align with architecture, security, governance and regulatory requirements. Identify opportunities to leverage automation, analytics and AI to enhance ERP capabilities. What You Bring 8–10+ years of progressive IT/ERP experience, including leadership responsibility. Strong experience with a major enterprise ERP platform such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Infor or similar. Proven experience leading and developing ERP/IT professionals. Strong understanding of enterprise ERP processes, particularly across Finance, inventory, procurement and logistics. Experience with ERP integrations, APIs, middleware and related enterprise applications. Demonstrated experience delivering ERP transformation, optimization or implementation initiatives. Strong stakeholder, vendor, project and change management experience. Knowledge of IT governance, security, audit controls and regulated environments. Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; Master’s degree or MBA is an asset.
