MUST HAVE: 1. BSA Experience – 10+ years 2. Integration/migration project experience – 5+ years 3. Data mapping experience – 8+ years 4. Superior (Power-user) Excel experience – 10+ years 5. Testing experience – functional testing and support to BAT and PAT testing – 10+ years 6. JIRA – 10+ years 7. User story creation (comfortable) – 5+ years 8. Backlog refinement – 5+ years 9. Confluence – 5+ years NICE TO HAVE: 1. Salesforce admin certificate 2. Salesforce application experience 3. SQL queries 4. Financial Industry 5. Compliance applications
