Join our client as an Agile Delivery Lead and become a vital driver of innovative financial solutions in a dynamic, forward-thinking environment. In this pivotal role, you’ll oversee the delivery of high-impact digital products, fostering a culture of agility, collaboration, and excellence across our Digital Product & Experience teams. As an Agile Delivery Lead, you will work closely with cross-functional teams—including Product Owners, Developers, Designers, and QA engineers—to ensure timely, high-quality delivery that aligns with our business objectives. Your leadership will help transform ideas into reality, create seamless customer experiences, and propel our client's digital banking innovations forward. Required Skills: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, or related field 5+ years of experience in Agile project delivery with a focus on digital banking solutions 7+ years experience Delivery following Agile methodologies and practices Proven facilitation, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Proven ability to manage cross-functional deliverables, risks, and dependencies effectively 5+ years managing workflow tools such as Confluence and JIRA Demonstrated leadership in driving team culture, engagement, and high performance Nice to Have Skills: Domain expertise in credit cards and payments Experience working in banking or financial services Knowledge of data mapping, API building, and technical collaboration Experience with external vendors and cross-organizational delivery coordination Other Requirements: This role requires onsite presence 4 days/week Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, or PMI-ACP are a plus Ability to coordinate with regulatory, security, and operational teams to ensure compliance and readiness
