Contract Duration: 3 months (opportunity for extension through 6 -12 months)
Story Behind the Need:
Business group: Focus on delivering end to end customer experiences across the bank’s footprint. Two-fold business line that oversees Sales/Growth and Customer Experience for Digital Marketing.
Project: Seeking a Web Content Manager working on Business as usual within the group. They have a workload and project management system, supporting partner with web content updates.

Typical Day in Role:
– Resource and capacity management/project planning system – daily, weekly tasks are assigned
– Going into system, checking what tasks and deliverables are for day/week and working through that
– Communication with design team, fellow content managers and whomever is the lead on the project
– Touchbase during the day with project team to provide updates, internal content management team for any team updates/opportunities for improvement
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
1) 8+ years of total experience preferably within FS
1) 3+ Years Adobe Experience Manager or other CMS experience (SAP Hybris, Magenta, etc). Understanding authorizing, how to build and edit a website, categorization, architecture, how things flow within a page.
2) 3+ years Content Management experience with solid understanding of website design, content management systems, HTML and Photoshop (user best practices and principles)
3) Excellent Communication Skills – verbal and written
Nice-To-Have Skills:
– Project Management for digital related projects
1) AB Testing Optimization Experience
2) knowledge of WCAG 2.0 AA standards
3) Fluent (intermediate level and above) in Spanish / French would be a huge plus
Soft Skills Required:
1) Attention to detail
2) Prioritization Skills
3) Team oriented
– The candidate will be heavily reliant on the team for assistance for the first 3 months or so, but after will be working much of their time as “their own manager”
– Must be able to prioritize tasks daily, and work independently
Degrees: Bachelor's degree preferred
Certifications – PMP certifications is nice but definitely not preferred
– Adobe certifications are preferred
