Web Analytics Analyst
One of Nexus Group's financial services clients is in need of a Web Analytics Analyst to join their growing team. This individual will be responsible for working with various client groups across the organization on their web analytics requests, tagging various web properties and providing analytics insights back to the business units. This individual will also work closely with Development for any custom tagging requests that need to be fulfilled. This role will be heavily-weighted on the Adobe Analytics stack, but experience with Google Analytics in addition to Adobe would be considered a major asset.
Requirements:
• Expertise in Google Analytics implementation using Google Tag Manager
• Expertise in Adobe Analytics implementation using Dynamic Tag Management & Launch
• Expertise in implementing Firebase and Adobe Mobile SDK
• 5 + years in configuring web and mobile analytics for multiple clients
• Experience in Microsoft Excel
• Working knowledge of Tableau and Google Data Studio
• Experience with visualization techniques for data analysis and presentation
• Expertise in creating dashboards in Adobe & Google Analytics and transforming data from multiple sources
• Experience working with digital advertising platforms (Facebook Business Manager, Google Ads, DoubleClick Manager, AppNexus) and search engine optimization is an asset
• Good understanding of HTML, CSS and JavaScript
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager an asset
• Experience integrating web analytics platforms with CRM systems an asset
• Good understanding of SEO and SEM
• Experience presenting reports and strategic recommendations to clients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously
