Role Responsibilities Include (but are not limited to):

• come up with testing cases, identifying testing cases, will have to coordinate
Job Description:
Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of end to end business processes and project requirements through close partnership with key business stakeholders
• Coordinate the appropriate parties to execute the overall test plan for project; including:
• Identifying key participants from the business and technology to support test execution, environment support, defect triage, etc. and securing resource allocations
• Providing estimates for UAT cycles, determining the overall UAT schedule, and prioritizing test execution
• Providing ongoing monitoring and oversight of test progress, and managing escalations as required
• Perform User Acceptance Testing for projects of various complexities, including but not limited to:
• Develop and manage the UAT strategy and plan in accordance with project scope and schedule
• Create/review Test Cases to ensure traceability to user requirements
• Execute Test Cases including re-tests once the defect fixes have been implemented
• Escalate issues to project and/or PMO leadership as appropriate
• Log outcomes and verify test execution using standard tools e.g. HP ALM
• Facilitate and/or participate in regular defect meetings to review defects with key project stakeholders
• Investigate and document defects reported by users and work with Technology to prioritize and resolve defects.
• Review and validate defect resolutions with stakeholders; ensure all workarounds are documented and approved by the appropriate process owner
• Support project team members in the analysis of issues and defects
• Support project teams utilizing automated testing tools.
• Develop the UAT Exit Report
• Work with technology and/or vendors to schedule and facilitate code release into UAT environments
• Operate within agreed business SLAs and confidentiality standards
• Participate in Post Implementation Review and provide feedback
Knowledge:
• College or university degree and/or relevant work experience
• Working understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Project Delivery Framework
• Exposure to building, maintaining, and executing test scripts
