Your Title would be: Technical Recruiter
What we expect from you while you are at Nexus:
-As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruitment process
-Along with an initial training program, you will have continuous lines of communication with team members, Consultants and Clients in order to build long term relationships.
Your typical day:
-Develop recruiting strategies designed to identify qualified candidates through various tools
-Evaluate the strengths and weaknesses of candidates through screening and interviews
-Negotiate rates/wages and other terms and conditions of employment
-Oversee pre-contract/employment and onboarding activities
-Manage contract employees while on assignment
-Maintain ongoing and productive relationships across the industry
What qualifications you’ll require to be successful
-Possess strong written and oral English communication skills
-French/English bilingualism is a definite asset
-Excellent Interpersonal skills, sound judgment and negotiating skills
-Working knowledge of MS Office tools
-Be internally driven to succeed
