Technical Analyst/ Service Now
Typical Day in Role:
– Working with Service Now to address incoming tickets
– Coordinating with internal Stakeholders to provide estimates and quotations for service requests
– Assisting to coordinate action items for the InfraOps project
– Coordinating with technical teams to fulfill requests for improvement of servers
– Contacting vendors and coordinating additional work on the project
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
– 3-5 Years of previous experience
– Previous experience with Service Now
– Prior experience with Technical Project based work
– Prior experience with project coordination
– Knowledge of System Design to support Network Storage Changes
Nice-To-Have Skills:
– Previous experience with Oracle Solaris
– Banking Asset
Soft Skills:
– Strong Verbal/Written Communication
– Prioritization Skill
– Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
Degrees or certifications:
– Related Post-Secondary Education (preferably in Computer Science)
