Technical Analyst

Typical Day in Role:
– Managing technical aspects of onboarding
– Coordinating with service providers including the Network team
– Verifying with service providers are ready for implementation and participating with unit testing (ensuring paths are working)
– The Technical Analyst will also run security testing and web scans
– Responsibility for coordinating production and release for approvals
– The Technical Analyst will also be working in part as a Delivery Manager for the project
– Service Now, Jira, atlassian

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
– 3 Years Technical Analyst position
– Familiar with Service Now
– 3+ years of Jira Experience

Nice-To-Have Skills:
– API Architecture Experience is an asset

Soft Skills Required:
– Communication Skills (Written/Verbal)
– Experienced with relationship building and working with vendors
