Team Lead-DieboldNixdorf/ FIS IST Switch/ Connex

Typical Day in the Role:
– Responsibility for managing releases of software updates to the implementation team
– Determining approach to new business requirements
– Engaging vendors when required based on project needs
– Running daily Stand Ups with the SCRUM team
– Working with developers to ensure changes are run thoroughly in a test environment

•Must Have Skills/Requirements:
• 3-5 Year Experience as a Team Lead in a similar environment
• Experienced working with DieboldNixdorf, FIS IST Switch and Connex
• Has experience building ABM applications using multiple technology platforms and API (Proflex/Probase, DDC/NDC XFS, 91X Protocol, PCI DSS)
• Proficiency in one or more scripting and programming language (Java Script, HTML, CSS, REST, Proflex)
• Has experience working in agile development methodologies SCRUM
• Has ability to work for multiple projects simultaneously (BNS PD&S Framework)

•Nice to have Skills:
• Has experience in Testing/System Integration/Reports and Web application development experience (Eggplant automation an asset)
• Has experience in high scale projects

Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills
Verbal & written (technical documentation)

Education: Post Secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience
