Sr. Systems Analyst
Your Responsibilities
As a Snr Systems analyst/Sys Admin you will configure, deploy, test and upgrade the Real time Rating systems using modern methodologies like CI/CD. You will be required to plan and implement configuration changes at the OS and Application level. When issues arise, you will be the 2nd level of support to the 1st level Operations team. You will be responsible to dig into the root cause by investigating logs, debugging and quantify the full impact. You have a working knowledge in Network Policy PCEF and PCRF that will help you solve issues and create solutions in the Charging space.
You will be empowered to drive changes to make your systems more reliable and maintainable and will provide expert insight during solution design. You will always think ahead and use your scripting capabilities to automate workflow and streamline processes.
You will compare vendor systems to determine the best solution when implementing new systems, always keeping the customer in mind.

Some of your technical skills include:
•Bachelor’s degree in computer science or Electrical Engineering and 2 years experience in a related area.
•Strong knowledge of RHEL/Unix Sys Admin Level 3
•Working knowledge of IP Technology.
•Working knowledge of VM Ware
•Ability to solve technical issues quickly and independently.
•Ability to automate systems administration tasks.
•Understanding of telecommunication networks
•Security concepts and best practices
•Knowledge of Containers (e.g. Docker) & Container Management Systems (Kubernetes, OpenShift)
•Knowledge in Real Time Rating and Charging systems
•Ability to program in Perl and/or various Unix shells.
•Knowledge of XML, SNMP, LDAP and SOAP protocols.
•Ability to solve technical issues quickly and independently
•Ability to automate systems administration tasks.
