The Project Management role, among other things, will drive and execute a Project Management Strategy for a PLM(Product Life Cycle Management) solution at the Clients
- The PM will work with different Business areas (including but not restricted: Retail Sales, R&D, Regulatory Compliance, Quality) and IT teams driving the cross-functional team members to deliver successful solutions for the client
- The PM will develop change management and readiness strategies, including communications, stakeholder engagement, business process and training plans
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
- Ensure that all project phases are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
- Develop a Plan for the systems integration activities with the integration architect and IT team members
- Ensure on time integration deliverables in sync with the entire projects plan
- Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
- Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule and project budget using appropriate verification techniques
- Lead the Change Management work stream for the PLM implementation
- Develop change management and readiness strategies, including communications, stakeholder engagement, business process and training plans
- Measure project performance using appropriate tools and techniques (Service Now ITBM knowledge is a plus)
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Manage the relationship with the team and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation as per approved artifact check list for each of the projects
- Meet with the project team to clarify specific requirements
- Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals
- Meet budgetary objectives and make adjustments to project constraints based on financial analysis
- Develop spreadsheets, diagrams and process maps to document needs
Requirements:
- Proven working experience in project management specifically PLM: Product Life Cycle Management
- Experience with Product Vision or similar software products is a plus
- Working Experience with R&D and Regulatory projects
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Project Management Professional (PMP) and Agile certification are a plus
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
