What You’ll Bring: 3–7 years of experience in Program Management, PMO, Business Operations, Strategy, Consulting, Process Improvement, or related fields. Proven ability to coordinate and drive initiatives involving multiple stakeholders across various departments. Exceptional organizational skills and stakeholder management capabilities. Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to prepare executive-ready presentations and reports. Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite—PowerPoint, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint. Interest or experience in adopting and integrating emerging AI technologies such as generative AI and AI agents to foster innovation Nice to Have: Experience supporting senior leadership or executive teams. Background in telecommunications, infrastructure, engineering, construction, technology, data centers, or operations. Knowledge of governance frameworks, process mapping, organizational design, or business transformation. Experience in developing KPIs, dashboards, and executive reports. Preferred Education & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or related fields. Relevant experience in project management or operations, ideally within complex, cross-functional environments. Other Requirements: Onsite presence 2-3 days per week Ability to manage competing priorities and adapt to evolving organizational needs. Passion for continuous improvement and operational excellence.
