Business Group: Digital Factory
The team is a fast-paced agile team responsible for leading and overseeing architecture, development, and support of bank's digital marketing technology capabilities around the globe
The team leads the technology strategy and roadmap for content management systems (CMS), marketing campaign management, Akamai cloud network infrastructure, and other web-scale customer journey enabling systems for digital marketing.
Client is looking for a Sr. BSA to help with digital transformation around improving search engine optimization of its customer-facing web sites and a complex regulatory program that impacts a large part of its portfolio.

Typical Day in the Role:
– Works with key stakeholders within all business functions to align technology solutions with business strategies
– Gathers requirements from business units and translates those to programmers and developers
– Prepares cost-benefit and return-on-investment analyses to aid in decisions on system implementation
– Demonstrates an informed knowledge of business functions to resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities
– Supports one or more highly complex business processes
– Works on multiple projects as a project team member
– Serves as a liaison between the business community and the IT organization in order to provide technical solutions to meet user needs
Must Have Skills/Requirements:
1) BSA – 7+ years of professional experience
2) Technical background (ability to speak & discuss with technical Developers & understanding technical requirements) – 5+ years of hands on experience
3) Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, PowerPoint – 5+ years of hands on experience
4) Running steercos, putting together presentations, facilitating & leading conversations between Business & Technical side – 3+ years of hands on experience
5) Agile experience – 3+ years of hands on experience
Soft Skills:
1) Extremely strong communication – verbal (speak technical & business – will be interfacing with Directors & VPs, Developer, etc.) & written (defining processes and ops models) ***
Nice To Have Skills:
– Jira & Confluence
– High level understanding of Cloud technologies (Google, Public, Microsoft, Amazon etc.)
– Content Management Systems (Adobe experience Manager preferred)
– Experience with Node.JS or Java
– FI/Banking
– Experience in Regulatory Projects
Education:
– Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
