Software Engineer – Axiom

Typical Day in the Role:
– Support production regarding the monthly regulatory reporting schedule
– Assisting in configuring data to complete monthly reporting that is to be submitted to regulators
– Trouble shoot issues within the reports
– Configure new data sources and sourcing new pipelines if needed
– Attending meetings and working in a Waterfall environment
– Working alongside Stakeholders to ensure regulatory needs are met
– Gathering required documentation and accurate record keeping

•Must Have Skills/Requirements:
1) 3-5 Year experience as a Software Engineer
2) Experience working with Axiom
3) Experience with generating reporting
4) Experience with Microsoft Stacked

•Nice to have Skills:
– Power BI experience an asset
– Python
– ETL 2
– Risk Management Experience an asset

Soft Skills:
Strong communication skills
Verbal & written (technical documentation)

Education: Post Secondary education in a related field or equivalent work experience
