Senior Scrum Master x 2
Role & Responsibilities:
– As a Scrum Master, lead the DevOps delivery of Wireless Network Introduction streams through:
• Advises and leads Agile teams on Agile values, practices, and processes and ensures that the Agile team is fully functional, productive, and focused
• Proactively supports the Product Owner to ensure team is focused on sprint goals
• Helps the team create value and products with quality. Clears the runway so that the team can meet the quarterly objectives. Working with the team, creates the tools to measure success and recognize progress
• Recognizes areas of strength and improvement by employing appropriate coaching and development techniques for team members
• Strives for continuous improvement both for self and for the team. Recognizes opportunities for automation and other tools & processes so that the team can deliver more effectively
• Contributes to improve agile management best practices within the Enterprise to help maintain and promote agile management practices
• Identifies dependencies with other teams and determines how to manage those dependencies without impacting the progress of the team
• Participates and collaborates in cross functional planning sessions to raise milestones, issues, dependencies, etc.
• Rigorously facilitates communication and collaboration inside and outside the teams.

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of experience as a Scrum Master in an Agile work environment working with SCRUM methodology ideally in telco industry
• Scrum master Certification(Professional Scrum Master (PSM I)/ Certified Scrum Master (CSM)/ Agile Certified Practitioner (PMI-ACP)) will be a plus
• Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continuous improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
• Able to lead the resolution of complex problems, involving many partners both internal and external across multiple systems or processes
• Bachelor degree in computer/electrical Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and work experience
• Excellent English written and verbal skills and strong interpersonal skills
