Senior Java/Angular Developer

Daily Responsibilities:
– Acting as a lead Developer on the team, responsible for leading cross team meetings
– Acting as a go to resource for information and assistance
– Analyzing highly complex business requirements; generate technical specifications to design or redesign complex software components and applications
– Act as an expert technical resource for modeling, simulation, and analysis efforts
– Leverage industry best practices to design, test, implement and support a solution Assure quality, security and compliance requirements are met for supported area
– Develop Angular and Java scripting and ability to troubleshoot
– The successful candidate will be working in designing, developing and successful deployment of large-scale projects from end-to-end

Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 8-10 years of experience of development experience in Java/Angular
• Experience with leading project meetings and communicating with stakeholders
• Ability to write well designed testable and efficient code.
• Proficient with API’s and service oriented architecture.

Soft- Skills:
– The ability to be flexible and thrive in an evolving environment
– Adapt to change quickly and adjust work accordingly in a positive manner
– Staying up to date with industry best practice
– Prior experience working in an Agile Team

Nice to Have
– Hands on experience in following the iterative and agile SDLC banking experience is a plus
– Familiar with modern JS toolsets
– Knowledge in Object Oriented and Functional Design

Degrees or certifications:
• Associate’s degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
