Business Analyst – Senior
SCOPE
Over the past 5 years, Innovapost has made a transition to a world class Agile organization that is focused on delivering software early and often. We continue to evolve embracing best in class methodologies and development principles. Your role is to support the XT Program targeting operating model work stream, a transformational initiative, that aims to help our Enablers’ delivery teams continuously evolve and better align with the business and products they support, by implementing a product centric model as well as embedding the software engineering framework and best practices as part of the work that we do.
DUTIES
- Define and utilize relevant business analysis techniques and methodologies to perform organizational analysis and design
- Drive the definition, optimization, improvement and changes to new and existing business IT processes and via development of business and functional requirements – identify the current and future-state business processes, help business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change, determine operational objectives by studying critical business functions
- Plan, organize and facilitate meetings with internal stakeholders to define the responsibility assignment following the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) standard and the interaction model, perform capability gap assessment, map roles into capability gaps, and work with HR SMEs to define staffing requirements strategy
- Provide continuous improvement services to existing business processes and inform the business solutions delivery leadership team of potential opportunities
- Manage process conformance and compliance as appropriate with a special focus on the Innovapost Interactive Delivery Operating Model (iDOM)
- Recommended controls by identifying problems, writing improved procedures; support change management activities; prepare reports
- Document responsibility assignment following the RACI (Responsible, Accountable, Consulted and Informed) standard using Power BI, SharePoint site and query

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCES
Must Have:
- +3 years of domain knowledge in target operating models with a focus in agile product delivery, software engineering practices as well as IT delivery methodology
- +6 years of business process documentation and analysis, including current and future state processes and org design
- +6 Business needs gathering and requirements management as well as enterprise analysis (benchmark studies, feasibility analysis, SWOT, etc.)
- +6 Designing and documenting process flows that will define the flow of work, and information using Miro tool to collaborate
- +6 Help business stakeholders envision the future and how their work will need to change to support the future
- +3 years of experience working as part of a ERP migration to cloud project
Nice to have:
- Change Management Certification (e.g. prosci, Certified Change Management Professional, ITIL Mastering Change Management Certification etc)
- Agile certification (e.g. scrum.org. alliance, etc)
- Client Management – Experienced in effectively interacting and communicating with business teams; can consolidate business requirements and translate them into deliverables
- Value management – can identify the effectiveness and completeness of business and technology strategies and ensure alignment with IT and other applicable cross-organization strategies
