Description:
Responsible for understanding and delivering product knowledge to customers.
Initiate contacts with new and existing customers and answer general service inquiries.
Provide superior customer service by listening, understanding and responding to customer questions and/or concerns.
Take appropriate action to resolve issues in a timely manner and to the full satisfaction of the customer.
Meet or exceed all assigned targets for sales, call handle time, quality and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications include:
Demonstrated relationship management experience; and Proven experience working in a sales oriented role.
