Story Behind the Need: Seeking a QA / QC Test Engineer to help support the TSYS Integration project.
Project: The group is enhancing application for New TSYS Integration and upgrade of a new financial switch.

Typical Day in the Role:
-Execute test plans, scenarios, scripts or procedures Test system modifications to prepare for implementation
-Develop testing programs that addresses areas such as database impacts, software scenarios, or usability
-Document software defects, using a bug tracking system, and report defects to software developers Identify, analyze and document problems with program function, output, online screen or content
-Monitor bug resolution efforts and track successes
-Create or maintain databases of known test defects
-Plan test schedules or strategies in accordance with project scope or delivery dates
Must Have Skills/Requirements:
1. 5 + years’ functional and Regression testing applications on mainframe systems
2. 5 + years’ experience end to end testing: building test plans, strategies and test cases
2. Good communication skills to work with the architects and developers
3. 5 + years working on large migrations following Hybrid Agile approach
Nice to Have Skills:
– ABM and POS testing experience – strong nice to have that will be prioritized
– Knowledge of IST Switch is a nice to have and will be prioritized
– Experience with Payment Certification testing is a nice to have (specifically Visa, MC, AMEX, Interac)
– Financial Industry Communication
– Knowledge of Jira and Confluence is a nice to have
– Previous bank experience is a plus

Education:
– Bachelor's degree in a technical field such as computer science, computer engineering or related field required
